Track bar pour costs weekly

The problem

Liquor costs drift up and nobody knows where it is going.

Steps

1. Count bottles at the same time each week
2. Calculate usage from beginning count plus purchases minus ending count
3. Compare usage to POS sales
4. Look for big gaps by product
5. Retrain pouring or check comps when gaps appear
