Receive deliveries correctly

The problem

Short shipments and damaged goods get paid in full.

Steps

1. Count every delivery against the packing slip
2. Check for damage before signing
3. Note shortages on the slip and have the driver initial
4. Put product away the same day
5. Send discrepancies to the vendor within a day
