Cut a shift early without hurting service

The problem

Slow nights burn payroll because nobody has a rule for sending people home.

Steps

1. Set a sales-per-labor-hour trigger for each daypart
2. Check it at a fixed time, such as 7:30 pm
3. Release the person with the most side work done first
4. Have them finish a short checkout list before leaving
5. Rotate who goes first so it stays fair
6. Log early cuts so you can adjust next week's schedule
